Problem
Fishtown Pickle Project wanted to capture more revenue with email marketing, but consistency and branding were a challenge without extra bandwidth.
Solution
I redesigned their emails to match brand identity guidelines, set up a regular sending schedule, optimized subject lines and CTAs, and added follow-up automations for non-openers to capture more revenue.
Impact
Promotional email campaigns captured $10.6k in revenue in 60 days, with conversions up 178% and attributable revenue up 132%, compared to the previous period without consistent email marketing. Additionally, the 5th annual Feast of the Seven Pickles sold out in 12 hours following the campaign launch, setting a new record for the event.
